I  would like to recommend fast solutions to anyone looking to move. I had been working with another realtor and mortgage lender since October of 2006.

I had seen only four homes, which I requested to see. The mortgage lender would not put any effort into my situation. [I had consolidated my credit cards and was not aware at the time that this would wreck my credit- I went from a 700+ to a 500+.]

I called Fast Solutions in December of 2006. I was not able to spend money to update my old address. Since the market was slow I did not want to list this address and wait for a bite and finally a sale. I had a neighbor who updated her home and listed her house with no bites. After several months she decided to remain where she was and pull her home from the market. She wanted to move in 2005. 

Fast Solutions knew my financial situation and were able to set me up with a mortgage lender who worked out a payment solution. Needless to say I called my former realtor, whom I still had not heard from and terminated my relationship with her.

The day Fast Solutions called to say the seller had accepted my offer, my former mortgage lender called to see if I had found another solution to my financial situation. I told her I was working with someone else and had actually purchased a home.

I am now in my new home and it is only February 2007. Fast Solutions worked very hard and quickly to make this a very pleasurable experience. I only wish I had known about them with my prior move.
